PARTNER: WORKERS’ COMPENSATION SPECIALIST

litigation experience from a respected firm, possess superior advocacy

Salary Range: $100,000.00 to $175,000.00 based on experience.
ASSOCIATE LAWYER OR PARALEGAL
We are seeking a lawyer or
licensed paralegal with 2-5 years of workers’ compensation experience to
join our team. Ideal candidate must have confidence and ability to work
independently, but also take direction from senior staff. Strong
communication, interpersonal skills and work ethic a must. Personal injury
and/or labour & employment experience an asset. This is an opportunity
for those who wish to work in a fast-paced and growing legal area of

Salary Range: $50,000.00 to $90,000.00 based on experience.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE
Opportunity is available for an
experienced Occupation Health Nurse who has specialized in disability
claims for at least three years.
Working as part of a team you would be expected to understand our
clients’ needs, offering cost-effective advice, and reducing the impact of
work-related injury claims through prevention, return to work initiatives,
attentive case management, and liaison with various agencies.
Qualifications include current registration with the College
of Nurses of Ontario, Certificate or diploma from an
accredited program in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) designation or
working towards completion.

Qualified candidates for all
positions will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills,
as well as experience in preparing and presenting appeals at both the WSIB
and WSIAT levels, in re-employment, revenue and claims matters. Strong
interpersonal skills, confidence and analytical skills also a must.
